Eligibility Criteria

If you wish to take the CCISO exam without training, you must have 5 years’ experience in three of the CCISO domains.
Candidates with 2 years’ experience in at least one domain, or who hold CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications, qualify for the Associate CCISO program.
Academic students within an EC-Council partner institution with 30 post-secondary credits and completion of the CCISO academia courseware also qualify for the Associate program.

Exam Overview

The exam consists of 5 domains. Candidates must pass all 5 to be certified.
Total of 150 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 2.5 hours.
Evaluated on three cognitive levels – knowledge, application, and analysis.
Associate CCISO exam covers only two levels – knowledge and application.
